Notion is an app that I have been using since university to stay organized, focused on my goals and plan out my life. In this post, I'll share some snippets of my Notion planner ♡
Main Home Page

I spent quite some time editing the homepage to be visually appealing (because I knew its something that I'd want to look at everyday!). The homepage cover features soft, coquette elements like bows, pearls and roses with a vintage filter to form a subtle backdrop. I then chose a profile photo that complements the theme and a simple title "Tvisha's Planner". Below I added a callout of one of my own quotes "There is beauty in simplicity" - a reminder that it really is the little things that matter.
Aesthetic highlight

I created a 4-column grid of pretty photos and corresponding words that define my aesthetic.
Overview + Calendar

Below the aesthetic grid, I have my overview section. It features:
A large calendar that helps me visualize my monthly outlook and keep track of important dates and events. Whether its Ambassador events or Pilates classes, I make a note of them in this planner each month.
At the top left, I have a simple clock widget and aesthetic image that serves as a reminder for me to practice self-care (not that I have a fancy bath everyday as illustrated in the photo, just simple self-care).
At the top right, I have a YouTube playlist embed featuring my favourite instrumental and relaxing music.
A 'Reminders' section highlighting quotes and affirmations to stick by.

A Daily To-Do List where I write down all the tasks I need to complete. The checkbox format motivates me to get my work done as I find it really satisfying to just tick an item on the list. As I finish tasks, I replace them with new ones.
A Quick Notes section to just jot down any ideas or important details that I need to revisit. Noting them here makes them easy to access and follow up on.

A Links bar consisting links to my website and all other socials - YouTube channel, Pinterest page, Podcast on Spotify and Instagram account.
All My Systems - Dreamboard

I created a database with a gallery layout to organise all my systems together into one board. This is basically my dream board (or vision board) as some people call it. I know that most vision boards encompass a collage of overlapping pictures and cutouts, with minimal to no words. Hence, my version might not seem like one, but personally I just wanted something that's structured and has a clean, organised layout. So I designed a dedicated page for each system, with a beautiful cover photo and a clear title, then mapped them all together into a single unified view.
A dream board like this helps me visualize my goals across various areas of my life - such as beauty, health, fitness, career, and creativity - making them more evident and inspiring to pursue.
